The platform offers a rich graphic user-interface entitled Mixmaster Internet Desktop. It ’s also the operating system for all our products. The technology is built on a solid and flexible foundation, securing a sound and reliable operating system.
Mixmaster products are operated through our user-interface Internet Desktop. All you need is an internet browser with internet access. The platform contains a vast variety of functions ensuring a swift and stable development of high-quality multimedia application, otherwise known as Rich Internet Applications (RIA).
Architecture
The Mixmaster platform utilizes a user-server-architecture with great scope for modification due to its flexible design. The user-server communication is channeled through standardized protocols, allowing the platform to easily integrate and communicate with existing solutions.
The server architecture and framework is stable and certified and allows you to materialize new functionalities swiftly. It also ensures that its components are simple to update, and most of its relation-database-systems can be used.
The server part of the Mixmaster Platform runs on most operating systems, including most Unix- and Linux editions, OSX and Windows.
The Mixmaster Internet Desktop is created in Adobe Flex and runs Adobe Flash Player, which is accessible in just about every internet browser and in almost all operating systems. This ensures accuracy and diversity in line with traditional desktop applications.
